Heather Yates, PA-C
It is with both excitement and sadness that I am announcing my resignation from Lawrence Family Practice Center. I have accepted a position as a clinical professor at the UMKC Physician Assistant Program. It has been a goal of mine to pursue a career in education, and teaching the next generation of PAs will allow me to support the profession I have enjoyed for twenty years. Effective August 5, 2016, I will no longer see patients.
I am confident you will continue to enjoy excellent medical care and support from our doctors and nurse practitioner at LFPC. Our staff will help accommodate your needs in order to make this transition as smooth as possible. They look forward to caring for you and your families!
It has been an honor to serve you, and I wish you all health and happiness.
