Dr. Melissa Kalb, her nurse Jordan and the entire team at Lawrence Family Practice are exceptional at providing patient care. They are responsive to patient needs and concerns, spend time educating patients and explaining preventive, diagnostic and interventive/treatment recommendations, AND-probably most importantly-CARE. There is an art to being both gentle and assertive, which I feel this team has mastered. I credit Dr. Kalb with saving my life when she quickly referred me to a specialist team upon noting changes to my usual lumpy breasts. Her swift action resulted in identification of an aggressive cancer. She spends AS MUCH TIME with patients as they need—never making anyone feel that she needs to move on to something else. It’s a wonderful difference from how many practices are run. I love this team and have so much gratitude for them. More

Alana Ryan became my PCP when my PCP of 28 years retired. I have so appreciated her understanding of that transition, the time she has taken to get to know me, the time she takes to talk with me during appointments and of her expertise. I never feel rushed and always feel heard, which unfortunately is sometimes a rare experience in healthcare today. I highly recommend her as a health care provider that is person-focused! Dr.ryan is AMAZING caring, sincere and extremely intelligent. She goes above and beyond any primary care physician I have ever had. She and even other doctors have made time for me when I have been battling a serious disease. They go out of their way to get you healthy again when you are sick. They are just lovely. Highly recommend especially if your having any major health concerns. More

Have been a patient for 8 years and never had an issue with billing/insurance and very few issues with wait times (2x in all the years). After my regular physician left the practice, I visited other physicians and finally connected with Dr. Amanda Miller, who is a comforting, kind person and knowledgeable physician. Miller's nursing staff is highly communicative; They update online charts quickly and also call with any results or issues. The sonogram technician is highly experienced (25+ years) and friendly. The lab technician takes blood samples painlessly and there is very little wait for blood work. Lawrence Family Practice has been a staple for my health care throughout these years and I plan to keep utilizing their care and expertise for years to come. More
