Ben Dorsett - Certified Physician Assistant

Ben Dorsett is a board-certified Physician Assistant from Osawatomie, Kansas. He obtained both his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training and his Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Kansas State University. Prior to PA school, he worked as a CNA in a skilled nursing facility and as an Athletic Trainer for multiple orthopaedic clinics. He gained extensive sports medicine knowledge from those experiences working in collegiate and high school athletics.

For Ben, developing a relationship and connection with patients is what he finds the most rewarding about family medicine. He enjoys providing acute, chronic, and preventative care.

In his free time, Ben likes cooking, biking, swimming, and attending Chiefs, Royals, and K-State sporting events. He also enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with his wife and their 2 cats.
